Tip:
Add a few drops of Blue Tansy or Yarrow Pom to your Moisturiser and mix it up. Don’t worry about it being blue, it will not turn your skin blue; Blue Tansy and Yarrow Pom are both great for the skin, as well as Frankincense.

Skin Care Routine
Your skin care routine should change depending on the season, so I will list out the products below and when to use them.
1-2 times a week use the Detoxifying Mud Mask on your face and your armpits.
1-2 times a week use the Reveal Facial System.
- For face wash use the Verage Cleanser.
- For a toner use the Verage Toner – I like this one best because it is in spray form, add a drop of rose oil to make it feel like a rose water spray.
- HD clear roll-on to prevent breakouts.
- In the summer use the Verage Moisturiser. Add a drop of Frankincense to this moisturiser because Frankincense has anti-ageing properties.
- In the winter use the Essentials Hydrating Cream. Add Blue Tansy oil to this moisturiser.
- Also use the Eye Cream from the Essential Line – this helps with the dark circles under your eyes.
- Use the dōTERRA’s Brightening Gel to spot treat dark spots.
Another skin care hack is using a Derma Roller.
After cleansing and toning I will roll the Derma Roller up my face. (Look up some YouTube videos to see how to use the Derma Roller.) Afterwards I add my serum and my moisturiser. The Derma Roller helps to stimulate collagen production, increases circulation, and allows your products to absorb more effectively.
