Which ever group you are in, I recommend giving this essential oil blend recipe a try.

  • 8 drops Patchouli essential oil
  • 6 drops Orange essential oil
  • 6 drops Mandarin essential oil
  • 4 drops Tangerine essential oil
  • 2 ml Sweet Almond Oil
  • 2g lotion pump bottle
Instructions
  1. Add essential oils and sweet almond oil to the lotion pump bottle.
  2. Place cap on and roll bottle between palms to blend the body oil together.
  3. You can use immediately but I find that the aroma is stronger the next day after the oils have had time to mingle together. This recipe is a 2% dilution.

Body Oil For Skin Moisturiser

Squirt a few pumps of the body oil into the palm of the hand and apply to skin any time of the day to keep it nourished and healthy. It is especially nice if you can use it after showering or bathing because the oil is easily absorbed when the skin is slightly damp and warm.

Patchouli For Massage Oil

Aromatherapy massages have so many benefits, this body oil can make the perfect complement to any massage. Sweet almond oil is a perfect base for massage oils, it nourishes the skin and absorbs well. Plus you will receive the benefits of the essential oils in the recipe.

Patchouli For Bath Oil

Body oils also be used as bath oils when added to the bathwater. Try 1 tablespoon of body oil with 1 tablespoon of Epsom salt or pink Himalayan salt. Swirl water to mix into the bath and enjoy!

Body Oil For Hair Serum

When hair is dry and frizzy try using the body oil as a hair serum. Rub 1-2 drops of body oil between your palms, and then evenly distribute onto the midsection and ends of hair.
